We've been hosting fun parties and great folks for many years. Join us, & come have some fun.
We love our regulars & love getting to know new folks too so come make this your new favorite place. Margaret & I celebrate many years of fun parties. It really doesn’t seem that it's been years but time flies when you're having fun. Over the years we've met thousands of wonderful people and we want to thank you all for coming out to our home and having such a wonderful time.
Call to come party on Saturday nites and also on Sundays. Couples and single folks are welcome @ both parties. Just let us know you want to come & we'll put you on the list. We encourage single ladies to reserve as early as possible, so that we can balance with a few single gents for you. This way the crowd is good and the balance is fine. You can come out and enjoy the fun and games and have a nice time. Come see why GM'S has been home to friendly active swinger parties n Southern California for many many years.

Besides all the fun spots inside, we also have a fabulous backyard playground for you. It's complete with a pool and jacuzzi and fairy lites and tiki torches, also a warm bowl fire for those chillier evenings. You may be nude or semi-nude in the pool or jacuzzi, but when out of the water, you must cover up.
We do have big towels for your use, or you may bring your own robes or towels.
WHAT TO BRING:
-B.Y.O.B. Please go easy on the booze! Have a designated driver!
-B.Y.O. personal supplies :) We have towels or you can bring your own.
-This is our home, again we request that there be NO NUDITY outside the pool or jacuzzi. We have beach towels in the changing room, so use a towel to cover up with or use our robes that are also in the changing room.
-LEAVE VALUABLES AT HOME OR IN YOUR CAR. JUST BRING YOUR DONATION ONLY. We are not responsible for your items or valuables.
RULES
This is our home and not open to everyone. We are careful who comes and we want our rules followed.

- NO MEANS NO!
- You may be nude or semi-nude in the pool or jacuzzi, but when out of the water, you MUST cover up. We have big towels for your use, or you may bring your own robes or towels.
- NO DIVING OR ROUGHHOUSING IN POOL
- Leave all valuables at home, bring your donation inside, leave everything else in your car.
- Due to camera capabilities, leave them in your car or take them somewhere PRIVATE away from others!
- NO DRUGS ALLOWED!
- IT IS NOT OK TO TOUCH WITHOUT ASKING!! ASK 1st!

We are open Saturdays 8pm til 2am & Sunday parties are from noon-6.
